Antibacterial effect:

Under laboratory conditions (EPA 1987 test standard for microbial water purifier), the results showed that the life straw met the requirements of lrv6 (99.9999%) for bacteria removal and lrv3 (99.9%) for removal of parasitic protozoa.

Under the laboratory conditions, the turbidity decreased by 99.6%.
